I designed the product video for Kustomer's innovative SaaS platform. This video showcases the seamless integration and powerful capabilities of the platform, highlighting its significant impact on enhancing customer experiences.
To bring this project to life, I worked with Kustomer's solution engineers to craft real-life customer scenarios. We developed a compelling narrative that conveyed the Kustomer's unique selling points and real-world benefits for two different customer journeys.
I also collaborated with a video agency and Kustomer's product team to produce visuals of the product. I designed visuals that effectively showcased Kustomer's key features and functionalities, playing a pivotal role in conveying the customer stories.
By leveraging the expertise of the video agency and infusing our team's creative vision, we successfully crafted a video case study that not only showcased the platform's capabilities, but also emotionally connected with viewers, ultimately driving interest and generating leads.
